Brand & Product Naming Masterclass Terms & Conditions
When you sign up for the Brand & Product Naming Masterclass (the Masterclass), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions create an agreement between you (you/the Participant) and Amey Lee t/as Heart Content (we/Heart Content).
When you check the acceptance box during enrolment, you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Signing Up For and Accessing the Online Course
When you sign up to the Masterclass, and make your payment you’ll be given instant access to the Masterclass Hub. The Hub is powered by Searchie and contains all the Masterclass Tutorials and the Masterclass Workbook, as outlined in the Masterclass Summary here.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email with all the details for how to access the Masterclass Hub.
Lifetime Access & Expiry
When you enrol in the Masterclass, you receive access to the contents for the lifetime of the Masterclass.
This means that you’ll be able to access the content, in its current format, for as long as it’s made available by Heart Content.
Should the content be updated at any time, you’ll be given an opportunity to upgrade your enrolment to access this new content for a fee.
Heart Content can at any time, decide to retire the Masterclass and remove the content from the Searchie Hub. If this happens, you’ll be given 30 days notice and an opportunity to keep a copy of all the Masterclass content.
Single-user license
Enrolment in the Masterclass grants you access to a single-user license.
This means that your enrolment is just for you.
If you share Masterclass content with a third party, or give a third party access to the Masterclass Hub in Searchie, you will be in breach of your license and Heart Content reserves the right to cancel your enrolment without notice and you will forfeit your right to access the Masterclass.
What’s included in the Masterclass
The Masterclass is delivered as self-paced, online learning to help you name your brand or product.
It consists of video modules and a workbook.
It doesn’t include any one-on-one coaching, ongoing support, or access to any other content or services that aren’t included in the Masterclass Hub.
Payment
All course fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payments are processed via Stripe and you may be required to accept their terms and conditions in order to pay your enrolment fee and access the Masterclass.
Cancellation and Refunds
Once you’ve enrolled in the Masterclass, you’ll only be able to cancel your enrolment and request a refund if there is a major problem.
A major problem may include circumstances where:
Heart Content cannot deliver the course at the time of enrolment
the course is faulty at the time of enrolment, or
the course is significantly different from its description at the time of enrolment
A major problem does NOT include:
a failure to update the Masterclass;
a change of mind;
change in circumstances (including financial hardship); or
unwillingness or inability to comply with the requirements of a the Masterclass (including a lack of time to complete the Masterclass).
Intellectual Property
All Intellectual Property in the Masterclass, including but not limited to text, data, graphics files, videos, proprietary processes and sound files, and any other materials contained in the Masterclass, are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the property of Heart Content.
No Masterclass materials may be used outside of their intended purpose and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

We make every effort to ensure that all the information and content of our courses and course materials are accurate.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or currency of the materials or information we provide.
The information provided in this Masterclass is general and doesn’t consider your specific circumstances.
Heart Content gives no warranty, makes no representation, nor gives any undertaking, whether express or implied, nor do we assume any liability, whether direct or indirect, nor responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, content, courses or course materials provided by us.
The courses, course materials, and information provided by Heart Content do not purport to constitute professional advice. Communication
When you register with Heart Content or the Masterclass, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services, or other records or correspondence from Heart Content. You consent to receive notices electronically by email.
Privacy
We care about your privacy, and will not intentionally disclose any personally identifying information about you to third parties, except where Heart Content in good faith, believes such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or enforce these Terms and Conditions.
By enrolling in the Masterclass, you signify your acceptance of the Heart Content’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, in whole or part, please do not enrol in the Masterclass.
Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state of Victoria. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Updates to these Terms & Conditions
These Terms of Use may be revised from time-to-time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use to which you are bound.
